As Rogers Cup continues to innovate and improve on its guest experience, the timing was right to overhaul the tournament website and improve the online experience for fans.
The website for these prestigious awards was dated, unreliable and poorly automated. This presented a real problem for an awards program rooted in the concept of innovation.

What did Rain do?
Grew interest and and attendance through content creation, promotion and fan engagement across digital channels
Design concepts and wireframes for the new website
Social media strategy and execution including Twitter, Facebook, Vine, YouTube, Snapchat, and Instagram
Established a measurement and reporting framework, including social and website analytics
Developed and executed a paid digital and retargeting strategy
Built real-time live scoring, results, draws and order of play functionality
Developed the only tennis bracket and streak challenge games outside of the grand slams
