The former website was focused on existing members and had the feeling of a small tennis club, not the massive tennis and entertainment venue that the organization has grown into. Rain’s challenge was to balance the needs of club members with those of prospective members and event attendees in the redesign of the website.
The website for these prestigious awards was dated, unreliable and poorly automated. This presented a real problem for an awards program rooted in the concept of innovation.

Created streamlined and accessible program and event listings for tennis club members
Design concepts and wireframes for the new website
Developed a tennis programming calendar with registration integration that can be fully managed in-house by Indian Wells Tennis Garden staff
Raised the profile of the various membership types and enabled online registration
Added a new special events component to the website with interactive listings and featured events
