We made a decision early on that we’d only work with a handful of clients at a time, who were willing to make a serious investment in doing digital properly. In return, we immerse ourselves in our clients’ businesses to come up with digital ideas that are smart, meaningful and have a line of sight to overall business objectives.

Here’s the thing: We can’t do right by you unless we really take the time to understand your business. Most of our Rain team members have worked in an agency setting with dozens of ever-changing projects on the go. It doesn’t work. And it’s soul-destroying to try to be creative in that context. Yes, this approach takes more time and yes, it means saying no to clients that aren’t a good fit. But making the decision to work immersively is one we are proud of everyday.

We are ridiculously smart, and we play well with others.

Our company may be new, but the skills and talent that reside in our team members is senior-level and some of the best in the business. Collectively, we have worked on multi-disciplinary teams across the globe and with clients who insist on the highest standard of excellence. We insist on the same.

We live and breathe digital.

At Rain, digital is all we do. We believe in the incredible power of digital communication, and see it as the central means of communication for any organization today. As such, we only work on digital marketing projects, and we hire our team with this as our priority. Although we may have training in more traditional backgrounds and disciplines, what unites our team is a deep commitment to digital and our digital marketing future.

We are agile.

Having a plan is important, but we don’t believe that you can know everything before a project begins. Some of the best ideas emerge as the project evolves, and we work in a way that allows us to run with these ideas and adapt our approach to accommodate them. Change is inevitable, and we run our projects to embrace this.
